What a fun flavor we've made. We incorporated robust red wine into our authentic homemade pasta recipe. It's a very subtle and fine texture with earthy and currant flavors. This pasta is great with roast beef.

COOKING DIRECTIONS: 

Cook pasta in plenty of salted, rapidly boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Stir frequently. Test for doneness. Do not overcook.
