Pasta e Fagioli (Pasta with Beans)
1 package Valente Market linguini or fettuccine
1 -2 large heads of fresh broccoli, cut into florets
1 can white beans.

Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Cook pasta and broccoli in a large pot of boiling salted water for 5 minutes. The pasta takes a minute longer than usual with the vegetables. Drain reserving 1 cup of hot pasta water. Toss in a can of white beans, the olive oil, lemon juice, and reserved pasta water.
Serve hot with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Serves 4-6.
