Shakshuka Fettuccine Bake

12 oz Valente Market Fettuccine

3 TBSP olive oil

1 large onion, diced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

Pinch cayenne pepper

1 16 oz jar, Jar Goods Classic Red Sauce

6 oz crumbled feta

4 large eggs

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Parsley to garnish


Heat oven to 400 F. Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.

Heat oil in large oven-proof skillet. Saute onion and bell pepper until soft. Add garlic, cumin, paprika,

and cayenne and cook for 1 minute. Pour in tomato sauce and pasta. Mix and heat thoroughly.

Make a well for the 4 eggs. Crack an egg into each hole. Sprinkle with feta. Bake until eggs are just set,

about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
