Greek Pasta Salad with Fettuccine


12 oz package Lemon Pepper Fettuccine or Tomato Basil Fettuccine
2 cups sliced cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber sliced
1 cup olives
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice or red wine vinegar
1 tsp chopped dill
Salt & pepper, to taste
 

Cook pasta in salted, rapidly boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water.

Toss with all the ingredients. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes. 

Serves 4-6
