Apple Fettuccine Apple Crisp
1 12 oz bag Valente Market Apple Fettuccine
4 medium apples, diced (4 cups)
3/4cup packed brown sugar
2 TBSP butter or non stick spray
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
6 eggs
3 cups milk
Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta for 4-5 minutes. Drain. Set aside. Butter an 13 x9 glass baking dish. Place pasta on the bottom, layer apples. Combine eggs and milk, brown sugar cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour over pasta and apples. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350. Serve hot or cold. Garnish with ice cream or whipped cream.
