In honor of my grandmother who immigrated to this country and brought her legacy, love of family, found and fellowship. And the star on the map is the center of Italy for my family,  a little village in the hills of Molise.

But really, this pasta is for anyone who loves Italy and all things pasta.

COOKING DIRECTIONS: 
Cook pasta in plenty of salted, rapidly boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Stir frequently. Test for doneness. Do not overcook.
